Charity Beneficiary:

The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is an annual, worldwide event raising money for prostate cancer, men’s mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. Each rider registers to fundraise in advance of the ride with all money donated going directly to The Movember Foundation. We ride dapper. The DGR is one day a year to clean up, put on your suit and get on your vintage or classic styled motorcycle to ride in support of and in memory of our brothers, sons, fathers, uncles and friends affected by prostate cancer and mental health challenges. This is the 15th DGR globally and in Indianapolis. To paraphrase the Steel Horse Thunder show, it’s the most popular but best secretly kept ride in town.

Participants should dress in dapper attire (anyone can join, it’s not limited to men) and do their best to attend on a theme appropriate steed to include:

While most rides are open to all bike styles, The DGR is a niche event catered to less represented bikes. Event day is a chance to socialize, celebrate our fundraising effort, make good connections, support each other, build community and bring awareness to men’s health by doing a stylish moderately paced ride around the city. Two hours are set aside before KSU for professional photos at the DGR media wall, sponsor prize drawings and refreshments.
